• The company has been working strongly to import and maximize product availability in all channels of the market in the whole country. This requires investment in terms of manpower, sales vans and related resources. The company’s move from manual order collection in the retail channel to utilizing electronic equipment is considered as a major step to improve efficiency and productivity of the sales reps.
• Products like Adidas sports wears , Clarks shoes , rado watches, ray ban Spectacles , perfumes, household appliances , etc are directly sold to consumers through company outlets. As per the demand and market growth, the company opens new outlets to serve consumers.

B: Horizontal Integration

• Manufacturing
  The company is on the process to acquire more than 100000 meter square of land in Oromya region close to the capital city. The land will be used to develop factories related to textile and personal care products.
• Hotel
  The Company has secured 5000 meter square of land in prime location on Bole road to construct a 20 storey five star hotel in the near future.
